The hotel offers fantastic rooms with ample space for a family and a small kitchen, beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities. However, I wish they had card access instead of keys. The service was friendly and professional, though we had to wait until late for a male staff member. The location is excellent for visiting museums and major attractions, close to convenient stores. The dining experience was enjoyable with nice quality bread. Overall, a great value for money stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice touch of marble. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always making sure everything was clean and suited to our liking. However, I found the check-out time a bit early. The location was top-notch, right in the heart of Knightsbridge with easy access to nearby stores like Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, and Nespresso. The only downside was that the room felt a bit dingy, but I could easily walk to Harrods from there.
